Bickers have started 2022 by installing their world-famous market leading GLUEJET® XY Glue Plotter at B2B1 Print Solutions Ltd based in Stockport, UK. This German 2m x 3m XY Gluer will be used to glue a wide variety of packaging and display products that were previously produced by hand. The machine gives precise repeatable consistency of the hot melt and PVA glue position and quantity in either line bead or spray. In most cases the speed is 3-4 times that of handguns.
Main features include our unique triple smart glue heads, full access around the whole machine together with camera assisted programming.

The installation was carried out by the Bickers UK engineer Jan Stevens and his son Jacob. The GLUEJET® was sold by their UK & Irish Sales Agent Neil Thayer (left) of Finishline Machinery. We now have 70 Bickers installations in the UK & Ireland with more on the way.
